The history of our company goes back more than six decades. Since 2019, successive chapters of it have been successively added, with the acronym BIM appearing here and there. It was four years ago that we, the industry leader in fixing systems, developed our first projects using Building Information Modelling. This allowed us to once again become one of the forerunners in another field.

The great strength of the Niczuk brand is its experience, the level of technical advice to the customer, and the high quality of its products. This has made us today the leader in system solutions for fixing all kinds of installations, including sanitary, ventilation or fire protection. Being true to our heritage, we have never closed ourselves off to innovation. Digitalisation is our daily bread. Every minute of our work involves the use of a variety of applications - from simple drawing, design and calculation programmes to sophisticated modelling tools and advanced static calculations.

The challenge we faced was the constant exchange of correspondence on the subject of project revisions that clients approached us with. What was definitely lacking in the market at the time was a common data exchange platform that would enable professionals working on construction projects to collaborate seamlessly. We were able to fill this gap with the BIMobject platform. Today, at THALE, we use BIMobject primarily for 3D modelling and in providing solutions that are perfectly tailored to the specifics of the building and the expectations of our clients.

BIM technology has changed our design approach dramatically. It has proved to be a key tool. Collaboration with designers and industry specialists has become more efficient thanks to the digital exchange of information, and contractors can benefit from precisely tailored solutions. For builders, BIM technology means that they are free to look at the documentation and shape usable spaces according to actual needs. Being part of the BIMobject community helps to coordinate work at an early stage of the project. Without having to go into detail, the designer can 'try on' the chosen product from the extensive range and verify the available space, avoiding dealing with clashes at a later stage of the work.
