Niczuk’s wire rope suspension system is a simple, economical and proven way of implementing subsequent projects. It is an extremely quick to operate, an extensive alternative to threaded rods mounting and is used in many types of installations.

The set includes a 2 mm galvanized steel cable with three ending options (metric connection, loop or end for through holes) and a ZKL wedge clamp. The clamp is easy to adjust and locks the wire rope, allowing for quick and smooth change of position of the installed element.

Niczuk’s wire rope suspension systems are a high quality design that guarantees safety in the whole suspension system. Wire ropes are available in lengths from 1 m to 10 m.

 

1. ZKL wedge clamp.

The lock is sold in a set with premade suspensions. The side button allows smooth and quick adjustment. You operate the lock only with your hands.

Main advantages of the system:

  • smooth adjustment made possible by the ZKL lock,
  • system dedicated to suspension of different types of installations,
  • quick installation (several times faster than standard methods),
  • durable and ITB approved,
  • load on the structure lower than fixing with rods, channels and clamps.

Technical information:

1. Safe working load for 2 mm rope max 0.6 kN.
2. Safety factor – 5:1.
3. Material:

  • Body – zinc alloy (type ZnAl4Cu3-P).
  • Button – brass (nickel plated 5μm).
  • Wedge – sintered steel, hardened min. to 56 on the Rockwell C scale.
  • Spring – stainless steel (type 302).
  • Plug – UV cured propylene homopolymer.

2. LBT wire rope suspension for through holes.

Application:

Designed for quick suspension of various types of installation. The loop is wrapped around a structural element. No additional components such as bolts or nuts are required for mounting.

The set consists of:

  • steel wire rope with a loop,
  • ZKL wedge clamp.

Rope diameter: 2 mm.

Available lengths of ropes: 1000 mm, 2000 mm, 3000 mm, 4000 mm, 5000 mm, 6000 mm, 10000 mm.

 

3. LS wire rope suspension with metric connection.

Application:

Designed for quick suspension of various types of installation. The loop is wrapped around a structural element. No additional components such as bolts or nuts are required for mounting.

The set consists of:

  • steel wire rope with a loop,
  • ZKL wedge clamp.

Rope diameter: 2 mm.

Available lengths of ropes: 1000 mm, 2000 mm, 3000 mm, 4000 mm, 5000 mm, 6000 mm, 10000 mm.

 

4. LP wire rope suspension with loop.

Application:

Designed for quick suspension of various types of installation. The loop is wrapped around a structural element. No additional components such as bolts or nuts are required for mounting.

The set consists of:

  • steel wire rope with a loop,
  • ZKL wedge clamp.

Rope diameter: 2 mm.

Available lengths of ropes: 1000 mm, 2000 mm, 3000 mm, 4000 mm, 5000 mm, 6000 mm, 10000 mm.

 

5. M8 adaptor.

Application:

For mounting of elements with 8 mm holes (luminaires, mounting profiles, cable ladders). The wire rope is twined through the hole in the adapter.

Product characteristics:

  • Attachment to, etc., anchor sleeve with M8 thread, connectors with metric thread, through holes.
  • Maximum recommended load 225 kg, with a safety factor of 5:1.
  • Collar in the nut prevents self-unscrewing.

 

6. NL corners for cables.

Application:

Prevents the wire rope from rubbing against the duct edge.

Product advantages:

  • ensures nominal rope strength,
  • extends rope life,
  • prevents damage to duct edges,
  • prevents the rope from moving.

 

7. OL cable sheathing.

Application:

Designed to isolate the rope from the suspended element, thus avoiding possible reactions between different metals (galvanic corrosion). Cover for wire rope made of plastic (soft PVC).

Product characteristics:

  • Internal diameter: 3 mm.
  • Maintains flexibility up to -39⁰C.
  • Color: black.
  • Length: 25 m.
