For more than sixty years, we have been offering you products of the highest quality, as evidenced by the Integrated Quality Management System in operation at the company, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 3834, EN 1090 and ISO 14001:2015, implemented to better meet the needs of Customers and improve organizational management through continuous improvement of the system while respecting the environment.

THALE's core business is the design, manufacture and sale of fastening systems for the installation industry, load-bearing components, steel structures, material handling machinery, as well as tooling and specialized tools.

The concept of quality in our Company is treated as meeting the needs and expectations of our Customers, compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and building long-lasting and mutually beneficial relations with all stakeholders. We implement the above activities with respect for the environment, taking into account the impact of our products and projects on the surrounding.

In accordance with the above, we declare compliance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System functioning at the Company in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 3834, ISO 14001:2015, EN 1090 and the Company Production Control.

We are also pursuing the following goals:
• Continuous development of the company and strengthening of its position in the market by increasing the number of Customers and expanding the range of products and services offered,
• Gaining new markets for our products,
• Constantly monitoring the market, actively responding to the needs, opinions and expectations raised by our current and potential Customers and other stakeholders,

• Effective enforcement of required quality from employees, co-workers and suppliers,

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other environmental requirements; build quality and environmental awareness among employees,
