Adding products to the list

By clicking on the plus sign ‘Add to list’, you can add selected items to the product list. You can also add all items from the table to the list by clicking on the ‘Add all to list’ button in the table header. Similarly, you can remove items from the product list by clicking on the minus sign ‘Remove from list’. After adding products to the list, information about the number of products added to the list will appear next to the list button on the right side of the top menu. After adding products to the list, the pictograms in the ‘Download files related to the products on the list’ section will become active and you will be able to download the data you are interested in.

Product list and submitting enquiries

After you have added products to your list, a pictogram of a list will appear next to the list button, informing you how many products you have added to the list. By clicking on the list pictogram on the right-hand side of the top menu, you will be taken to the product list subpage. There, you can send an enquiry for the products you have added to your list, download the list as an Excel or PDF file, send it by email or print it out. You can also edit the quantities of selected items and remove them from the product list.

Anti-corrosion coating/material:

Types of coatings/materials:

Anti-corrosion coatings used in the production of our products are the highest quality protection against corrosion of surfaces and installation components that work in environments that require increased resistance to chemical environment, UV and water, ensuring high performance quality parameters.

Galvanized

This is the most common way to protect the surface of metal. Metal components protected with galvanized zinc plating are designed for indoor installation.

Stainless steel

The exceptional corrosion resistance of stainless steel is due to the passivation process of the material. The oxide layer produced, despite its very small thickness, provides resistance to the penetration of corrosive agents and determines the resistance to corrosive environments.

Ultra Cover XP coating

Our latest development is Ultra Cover XP, an ultra-thin anti-corrosion coating that protects products, leaving behind previous galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing technologies. Ultra Cover XP is a group of advanced lamellar, zinc-nickel and thick-coat passivation coatings, making it very high resistance to external influences.

Main advantages and benefits
 • superb corrosion resistance
 • high resistance to temperature and chemical agents
 • resistance to many mild chemicals and solvents, including gasoline and brake fluid
 • no occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement in the material
 • ability to cover complex shapes, recesses and holes
 • ability to cover complex shapes, recesses and holes
 • the small thickness of the Ultra Cover XP coating has greater corrosion resistance than the large thicknesses of traditional coatings

The Ultra Cover XP coating consists of several layers. Initially, the product is coated with a base layer that reacts with the surface of the steel, forming, after appropriate processing, a kind of tightly adherent shell. The base is then coated with sealant, which gives the whole the required durability. Ultra Cover XP makes the product more repeatable, durable and weatherproof.

Ultra Cover XP coating is eco!

Ultra Cover XP contains no harmful chromates, is safe for the environment and energy-efficient and low-impact to produce. The coating process offers less energy use and low water consumption than other similar processes.

Hot-dip galvanizing

The thickness of zinc coating is from 45 to 150 microns. Hot-dip galvanization is an exceptional protection against corrosion and im- pact of atmospheric conditions. Hot-dip galvanized products are intended for application, most of all, outside, where they are in contact with atmospheric conditions.
